Atlas offers two ways to buy, side by side.
Atlas-managed
The Atlas-managed catalog is curated and stocked directly by Atlas. Atlas-managed orders carry a 24-hour replacement guarantee: if the account is disabled on arrival, locked at first login, or otherwise not usable as described within 24 hours of delivery, we replace it from stock at no cost.
Self-service marketplace
The self-service marketplace is a wider selection priced lower to reflect that self-service model. Marketplace orders are not covered by the 24-hour replacement guarantee, though general contact support remains available for every order. Every listing shows its spending limit, account age, and whether email and 2FA access are included before checkout.
How delivery and replacement work
Checkout is fully self-serve. After payment confirms, credentials are released to your dashboard for immediate download. Atlas-managed orders include the 24-hour replacement guarantee — contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID. Full terms are on the Refund & Replacement Policy page.
